OFFICIAL RULES:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A GIFT CARD GIVE-AWAY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: A $25 Starbucks Coffee Gift Card Giveaway Challenge to each of the five Chapters that promote the PVA Vehicle Donation Program the most from August 19, 2020 through on August 25, 2020. The five Chapters who promote the program the most will receive one of the five $25 Starbucks gift cards. Chapters receiving the gift-card give-away will be announced the second week of September, 2020.


2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all who are eligible (MINIMUM AGE of 18). Only PVA (Paralyzed Veterans for America) Chapters and not individuals are eligible to receive a card. Only one card per Chapter. Void where prohibited by law. CARS and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising, and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Giveaway Challenge. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to participate. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This gift card give-away challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.


3. GIVE-AWAY PRIZE: One $25 Starbucks gift card will be given to each of the five PVA Chapter organizations who promote the PVA Vehicle Donation Program the most from 8/19/2020 - 9/1/2020.
   
   All participating PVA (Paralyzed Veterans of America) Chapters who promote the PVA Vehicle Donation Program from August 19 to September 1, 2020 are encouraged to post frequently to increase their chances of receiving one $25 Starbucks gift card. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the Chapter receiving the gift card prize. The gift card give-away and the selection of gift card recipients will be administered solely by CARS. The determination of the five Chapters to receive the $25 gift card giveaway are selected by the number of promotional posts and emails shared between the dates of August 19 - September 1, 2020 will be determined soley by CARS. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. CARS makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, acceptance, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
   
   The five gift cards will only be awarded and/or delivered to email addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Chapter who receives the give-away. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
   
   In the event of a tie, one Chapter will be chosen at random for the tie breaker. The decision of the tie break will be final.



4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
5. You can share/feature the PVA Vehicle Donation Program on any of your social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) using the pva.careasy.org page URL and the hashtag: #CARS4PVA.
6. You can feature or mention your vehicle donation program in emails (newsletters/dedicated) using the pva.careasy.org page URL and the hashtag: #CARS4PVA. Remember to include Kathleen Walters (kathleenw@careasy.org) and Jim Strassburg (jims@careasy.org) to your mailing list or forward it along to either address.


Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. CARS’ clock will be the official timekeeper for this Give-away Challenge.


7. SELECTION FOR GIVE-AWAY: The five Chapter organizations will be selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The final decision is at the discretion of CARS and are final. Odds of receiving the gift card give-away will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.



8. NOTIFICATION: The five PVA Chapter Organization who promote the PVA Vehicle Donation Program the most from August 19th to September 1st, 2020 will be announced during the second week of September, 2020, and the contact emailed for the organization within five business days after give-away challenge. Chapter organizations must accept a prize by mail or email as directed CARS within ten business days of notification. CARS is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or a Chapter’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
   
   Any Chapter notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable, may result in Prize forfeiture. The potential Prize Receiver may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by CARS.



9. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the Privacy Policy of the CARS. By entering the gift card give-away challenge, you grant CARS permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other PVA Chapter Organizations for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available give-way recipients list.



10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: CARS assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Gift Card Give-away Challenge; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Gift Card Give-away Challenge; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Give-away Challenge or download of any materials in the Give-away Challenge.
    
    If, for any reason, the gift card give-away challenge is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Give-away Challenge, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Give-away Challenge in whole or in part. In such event, CARS shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards. CARS and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Give-away Challenge.
