Choose a non-profit and call our toll free number 1-855-500-RIDE (855-500-7433). You can also fill out our secure online donation form and one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you within 24 hours to help you complete the vehicle donation process.

Schedule a free donation pickup at your convenience. Upon the completion of your donation, a licensed tow company will pick up your vehicle within 72 hours and deliver it to one of our sale locations- at no cost to you! You’ll be provided with a donation receipt at the time of pick-up.

Within 30 days of the vehicle’s sale, you will receive a tax receipt and the necessary forms for your deduction.

An added incentive for your vehicle donation

In addition to giving your support to a local Texas non-profit you’ll also get a tax deduction for your generous donation. According to the IRS’ A Donor’s Guide to Vehicle Donations the maximum amount you are able to deduct on your income tax is the fair market value- which is the price a buyer would give you for it. Our goal at CARS is for our donors to receive the highest tax deduction for their vehicle donation. At all our sale locations across the country we evaluate each vehicle, making cost effective minor and/or major repairs to ensure that the maximum amount of money is received for each donation-for our donors this means maximizing the value of your tax deduction!
