GoGold September 2016

This September CARS celebrated Childhood Cancer Awareness month by sharing some of our incredible nonprofit partners on social media. Your vehicle donation supports their incredible services. Here are just a few and their cause.

Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation
In 1983, Phoenix Children’s Hospital officially began serving the children and families of our community. Today we are one of the ten largest children’s hospitals in the country. More importantly, we are among the most respected, with many of our clinical programs ranked as the best in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Unsure of his life’s direction, a young Danny Thomas sought guidance from St. JudeThaddeus, the patron saint of hopeless causes. If the saint would point to the path he should take, Danny vowed to build a shrine in his name. Success followed Danny’s plea and soon after, the legendary entertainer set about fulfilling his vow to St. Jude. The result was St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
