When you donate your vehicle, you must notify the MVD by immediately completing a Sold Notice.
This Vehicle Transfer Notification is REQUIRED and must be completed within 10 calendar days from the vehicle pick-up date.
NOTORIZATION is required of the title for transfer.

AZ MVD NOW requires vehicle owners to create an online MVD account in order to submit their Sold Notices, and Sold Notices must be completed online. ADOT system changed on 4/18/2020. You can find more information below:
1. TO COMPLETE THE SOLD NOTICE ONLINE:
*PREFERRED METHOD*If possible, we highly recommend completing forms online instead of by mail, so you may easily save and print out a copy for your records that includes a date/timestamp. Also, when completed online a receipt can be printed ensuring it's been received by the MVD.

- Click on Sold Notice
- Enter buyer information (CARS, Inc Information) and date of the pick-up
You may be entitled to a Plate Credit Refund. This is for the unused portion of the annual Vehicle Licensing fees.
Note: AZ title # is Located - Middle of Title with issued Date.
