CARS Awards Six Scholarships to Public Radio Super Regional Conference!

As part of its commitment to support the future of public media, CARS has awarded travel scholarships to six emerging leaders at partner stations to attend this year’s Public Radio Super Regional conference.

Conference hosts, PRRO, provided complimentary registrations to all six recipients.  

“As an institutional partner of public media, we’re very proud to support emerging station leaders,” says CARS CEO Howard Pearl. “Bringing more diversity of thought to the industry is vitally important.” 

CARS is also a founding sponsor of PMWL’s CEO/COO Bootcamp and Brave Talk.

CARS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in San Diego, CA. To date, CARS has generated more than $250 million in funding for public media stations.
